FrameMaker para numbering going from one to two+ digits?

I have a customer who wants a para numbering scheme like this:

1.00

1.01

1.02

1.03

etc.

1.10

1.11

The first digit is a chapnum.

How would you accomplish that using numbering blocks?

Thank  you, @K.Daube I honestly thought that it would be possible to do this in FM with the built-in options. I shall have a look at your script.

re: I honestly thought that it would be possible to do this in FM…

… by now, but apparently not, despite the long list of Autonumber building blocks added at some recent FM revision.

It still requires hacks, scripts or structure effort. And the hacks (e.g. "0" as tab leader) may only be presentational on the page.
