What is the failure mode?

What version of Frame?

I'm guessing 7.2, which I doubt is considered supported in Win7.

What version of Win7? (only Professional, Enterprise or Ultimate support XP mode)

32 or 64-bit mode?

Are you running Frame in XP emulation mode?

Was it originally installed in XP mode?

Are trying to re-install it in XP mode?

Or was it already installed on a system that was itself upgraded to Win7?

Did you run the patch installer from within XP mode?

Even if you get Frame itself installed and running, the supplied version of Distiller and Postscript driver plugin do not work in Win7. If you plan to generate PDFs from Fm7.2, you''l need to print to .ps and Distill with a full version of Acrobat that's supported on Win7.
