Not really - your best chance is downloading a copy of the FM2019 version (it's free for a limited number of days), update it with the latest patches (don't assume it's up to date just because you freshly downloaded it) & try opening a copy of your old FM docs. Depending on just how old they are, you may have issues with fonts, but you should be able to output PDFs from them at this point.
