Framemaker Repository Connection to Adobe Experience Manager

When attempting to connect to an AEM repository using FrameMaker 2020, regardless of server I provide and what credentials are supplied, I immediately get the " Login Failed: " error.

When I use the correct details, of course I get the same error on FM2020, but the same details allow me to connect to the repository using FM2019 with no problems. I have tried use FM2020 on firewall-less, vanilla OS, but I get the same error. So there isn't any security policy blocking anything.

Anyone know what the problem could be?

Patch 4 is the latest (Feb 2022) I believe. Ping the FM folks.

Your FM all patched up? You'll probably have to check with the FM folks if nobody else chimes in - see https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/enterprise-support.other.html#framemaker for your Adobe Support options. I'd recommend using the tcssup@adobe.com e-mail address as it reaches a team dedicated to Technical Communication Suite products including FrameMaker.
