FrameMaker->Responsive HTML5: Images are overlapping each other

I am publishing my FrameMaker book to Responsive HTML5 output. The images display in the HTML output, but images within the same section are overlapping each other. Also, text from the next style is displaying on top of the image. 

Has anybody run into this? My images are inserted in Anchored Frames. I have played around with various insert settings, but none of that seems to make a difference.
