FrameMaker subscription suspended

Does anyone know why I might be getting this message when I launch FrameMaker?

    I got this message, when our business subscription is almost expired.

    Now everything is fine. Therefore it seems that this is nothing general.

    However, when I open my Adobe profile, I get this message:

    We’re currently updating our systems and you may experience temporary delays regarding billing and accessing invoices. Please check back later and we apologize for the inconvenience.

    It could be that your issue is related.

    If you have your subscription as part of the Community Experts program, you shall probably renew it there.

    Never recall seeing that one - what's happening inside your Adobe account?

    FrameMaker doesn't show up in my account; only the Creative Cloud apps. The Reactivate at Adobe.com link takes me to the Creative Cloud page.
