I’m a subscriber to the Technical Communication Suite. The 2019 release of FrameMaker (version 15.0.7.973) is currently installed on my PC. How do I upgrade to the latest (2020) version?

Thank you.

Theoretically, you should be able to click the Download link on your Plans page (account.adobe.com, then click on Plans).

If that doesn't work for you, then you have to sign up for the trial version in order to download it, then you install it and sign in to Adobe. For whatever reason, clicking Update on FrameMaker > Help doesn't work to get you the next version even when you're subscribed.

For me, the Download link (from the Teams page) takes you to Creative Cloud downloads instead and has for more than a year. There's a bug in, I'm told, but someone apparently doesn't want to do their job.
