FrameMaker v.7.2 Text Boxes for illustrations

Hi all, I'm having issues with v7.2. When I import an artwork I need to title this artwork underneath. How do I do this please? I would like the 'text box' to be moved around the page, until I am happy with its position. Any advice?

    A borderless 2-row, 1-column Table, with Row Format set to Keep With usually suffices, although there are other approaches. Art in top cell, caption in lower.

    What platform are you using to run FM7.2?
    Most of the Windows versions on which it was supported are now too dangerous to use, and that may extend to a Windows running in a VM.
