FrameMaker version 16.0.4 issue with creating PDFs for a book or document

Hi,

When I try to publish a document or book as a PDF, I get the cannot save as PDF because the Adobe DC printer is not installed. I do have an Adobe DC printer installed. 

Could someone please help me with this issue? I feel that something is missing, but I don't know what.
