FrameMaker10が起動できない(ライセンス認証の上限に達しています)

FrameMaker10を起動したところ、「Adobe FrameMaker10はライセンス認証の上限に達しています。」というメッセージが表示され、起動できませんでした。

どうすればFrameMaker10を起動することができますでしょうか？

 

サポートに問い合わせたところ、

「FrameMaker10のサポートが終了したため、ライセンス認証できません。どうすれば良いかはコミュニティで質問してみてください。」

と言われたため、こちらで質問させていただく次第です。

また、サポートで確認したところ、製品とライセンスについては問題がなく、使用可能な状態となっているとのことでした。

    Was the copy of FM10 recently installed on a new machine? Did you contact the FM people or just Adobe Support?  I'd recommend using the tcssup@adobe.com e-mail address as it reaches a team dedicated to Technical Communication Suite products including FrameMaker.
