General TOC for a master of Books

Hi!! I need your help please! i created a Book with five books, but when i try to create a General TOC (each book has a TOC inside) the numbering fails, I need that the General TOC take the numbering from the inside of the Books.

it is possible?

the correct numbering must be A1, A1.1, A1.2, A1.3 , B1, B1.1, B1.2, etc

You could add a volume variable to the books. The TOC is not going to pick up the folder names.

Not quite sure why you needed to use folders AND sub-books in your "book-of-books" structure. Have you tried creating a new .book file with sub-books within it and then set the numbering at the book level?
