Generate a toc for for a folder or group in a framemaker book?

Is it possible to generate a toc only for files which reside in a group or folder in unstructured FrameMaker

Version: 17.0.5.725 ?

I do not want to insert a minitoc - I need a standalone toc?

I can do it by excluding files when generating, but I am looking for a more foolproof solution
