Generating an LOR for imported graphics in a Frame 12 book is failing.

When I attempt to generate a List of References for imported graphics in Frame 12, all I get back are the PDFs and PS files. Why no SVGs or TIFs, or other graphics formats? Is there a setting somewhere that determines which types of graphics files will be listed?
