Graphic and text split in FM 2020

For my warnings/cautions/notes, the icons are set in a left aligned anchored frame with the anchoring position set to run into paragraph. The corresponding text sits nicely alongside this and in FM 2019 it stayed there when output to Responsive HTML5. Since upgrading, the text now sits under the graphic. All publishing formats were imported into the new version, but no other changes were made.

The issue does not occur when output to PDF.

Anyone have any ideas?

    For some reason, the note graphic is now wrapped in a span element in the HTML that was not there in the previous version output. Why would it span all graphics all of a sudden?
