Graphics Usage Report

Question

I know RoboHelp has a usage report, but I am wondering if there is a graphics report. I would like to know what graphics in the referenced graphics folder are being used and which are not. Thanks!

FrameMaker can generate a "List of References", including imported graphics. Check the Insert > List Of > References command. You can also create an Index of References.

You will have to compare this generated file with the contents of the folder. One workaround is to use my ArchiveES script, which will copy your book and all graphics in use to a location you specify. The resulting Graphics folder will only contain the graphics in use in that book (or document).
