Having issues w/Framemaker 2017 on Window 10; especially with generating PDF.

I want to know if there are any known issues with running Frame 2017 on a Win 10 OS? I am having issues w/generating an accurate PDF which is my main deliverable. The writers I work with are on Win7.

As long as you have up-to-date versions of Fm and Acrobat you should be fine.

However, depending on your system, Save as PDF might take a long time, or even time out during processing.

I have not personally had any issues with PDF generation on Fm 2017/Windows 10 (yet), but I have routinely had issues creating PDFs from the various versions of FrameMaker over the years. How are you creating the PDF? Sometimes trying a different approach is all it takes. And do you have Adobe Acrobat DC?

There's some scuttlebutt on the Framers list that a recent update to Acrobat DC has messed up images in PDFs created via "Save As PDF" (just sayin')
