Header frame line color change

Hello,

I have inherited a template where the bottom line of the frame's header is blue. I need now to change that color, but can't find where to do this.

I go to the Master Page, click on the header, go to the Paragraph Designer > Advanced tab, and in the Frame Below Pgf List I have a 1 pt line selected. Please, I need you help to learn how to change the color of that 1 pt line!

    The graphics used for the above/below in the paragraph designer are found on your Reference pages. Make your changes there.
