    In which mode (Unstructured, Structured, XML Author) are you using FM? The Package option should be right after the Import options in the FIle menu. Are you using any custom Workspaces or menus?

    I'm using the unstructured mode without any custom wokspace, I know that it should be after Import, but it doesn't....

    So which Workspace are you using? The Workspace definition file includes the pointer to the menu configuration file (and toolbar file) being used.

    e.g.

    <FrameUI version="1">

      <data type="all" menuFile="menus.cfg" toolbarFile="fmtoolbar.xml"/>

      <fm-workspace>

      ... etc.

    The menu .cfg files contain all of the info that displays the options that you see in your menus, so knowing which one is in play could help track down why the Package utility is missing.
