Hidden Condition Showing

I am back to FrameMaker after years and never used conditions. From what I understand. The selected text has only one condition applied (Help) and that condition is on the Hide side. I did click Apply. An instance of this condition did become hidden, but many are still showing. Please help. Why is this not hidden?

At the top of the Show/Hide Conditional Text tab, Show All is selected.

Change it to "Show as per Condition".
