How can I insert an excel sheet in Adobe Frame Maker Document?

I follow the instructions in the online help: https://help.adobe.com/en_US/framemaker/2020/using/using-framemaker/user-guide/frm_text_tx-importing-and-linking_import-microsoft-excel.html. To add the table to the body pages, follow the outlined options.

Export selection to PDF. Import that.

If OLE still works, I wouldn't use it, for multiple reasons.

Do you want it to be "live" in the FM doc or just a static image of the sheet?
