How can I take color combination for text which is unavailable in Adobe Frame maker document?

Assuming you are looking for coloring a piece of text with a colour which is is not already defined in FM:

Define a new colour with View > Color > Definitions and apply this to the selected text with the character designer (CTRL+d).

If you need this colour at various places in the document, define character style just containing this colour (in the character designer).
