How do I control what kind of printmarks are used in publish?

I am generating pdf files from FrameMaker 2019 using Publish. I need print marks, but it seems it is TOMBO print marks I am getting and not Western. Where can I control this behaviour?

    File » Print
    Print Document
    Registration Marks [ None |  Western | Tombo ]

Thanks. But I want to use Publish. Where do I find tombo/western settings in the Publish dialogue?

    In File » Publish
    PDF

    Settings File: [ yourfilenamehere.sts ] 🔧

    Change Settings » Edit
    /Outputs\
    /Marks and Bleeds\
I see a bunch of options, but nothing specific to Western | Tombo

Re-rendering a PDF from Acrobat has a similar {vague} menu for Print.
