How do I modify FrameMaker 12 Xref format in my template to use <Link> building block?

I am working in structured Frame (DITA) and want to modify the fm-xref formats in my template to use the <Link> building block.

It seems that <Link> and <Default ¶ Font\> are ignored in the following XRefFormat’s in structured Frame; all building blocks are accepted in unstructured Frame.
