Question

how do I view two frame files side by side?

In the old Frame versions I could easily do this.  But Frame 11 just gives me tabs and seems to allow only one tab to open at a time.  I guess I could run two instances of Frame but that would hog my cpu.

Many options exist, but the 2 fastest ways are:

-drag one of the tabs out of the tabbed interface and rearrange as needed

-use the 2nd of 3 buttons in the menu bar (Arrange Documents) to display your documents in various configurations.

For more info, see FrameMaker Interface Options, p20 of my book.

    Thanks Matt,

Yeah, I just figured this out!  And you're correct, all I have to do is grab a tab and move it, and it detaches.

    Thanks for the help.
