How to change the default Anchored frame setting?

Using FrameMaker 8.0p277 on Windows XPpro.

I want any anchored frame that is imported automatically (when referencing image file) to be "at top of column" and aligned "left".

Is there any way I can make the permanent default setting?

    You may also want to Google for and download ShrinkWrapAsIs.dll which works differently but may be useful, depending on how your file is set up,
