Hi,

I'm a newbie. I don't know how to fix missing Cross-ref marker. It's empty in cross-reference makers as picture below. So, is there any solution to auto recovery these links?

Thanks,

Sun B.

The Cross-Ref marker probably got deleted by accident. Maybe the paragraph was changed and the marker was deleted. Here is how to fix it:

    1. In the Source Type drop down list, choose Paragraphs.

    2. Select the target paragraph format from the Paragraph Tags list on the left.

    3. Select the correct paragraph in the Paragraphs list and click Update.

    Hello frameexpert,

Thank you for your reply but I still have a question because I can't find the "Update" button in 3.

Let me explain more about my situation. I'm using Framemaker 15 and I tried to use CrossrefReporter but it showed <Unresolved> then I found it happen because there were missing links so I want to automate recovery of all those links but I don't know how. Could you explain me more or show it as a picture?

    Thank you,

    Sun B.

Automatically resolving unresolved cross-references is difficult because it you usually need someone to look at each unresolved cross-reference to figure out what it used to point to.
