How to get the FrameMaker publishing server version 2019 release

Hi

i would like to install the FM publishing server version 2019 realease on our WS 2012 R2.

Where could we download this 2019 release?

Assuming that you've already purchased it and have the serial number, you should be able to download the installer (I think) from your Adobe ID profile or Licensing portal.
If that doesn't work, then contact the FM folks directly - see https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/enterprise-support.other.html#framemaker for your Adobe Support options. I'd recommend using the tcssup@adobe.com e-mail address as it reaches a team dedicated to Technical Communication Suite products including FrameMaker.
