How to have two docs tiled horizontally in Frame 9?

In FM9, whenever I do Window > Tile it always puts the documents in vertical tiles.  In my previous version 7 I could choose between vertical or horizontal.  What happened to horizontal tiling in FM9?  Is there any way to enable it?

the only thing I can figure is to have two windows and manually resize them to they are (sort of) tiled horizontally.

    Adobe FrameMaker has lot more tiling options now (depending upon number of open documents). Please see "Arrange Documents" button on the title bar for the options. I am attching an image of the options available as well.
