How to remove text behind a table?

Page previous labeled "This page left blank intentionally" now has text and tables, including a table directly over the label. How do I remove the label without disturbing the text and tables? Thanks!

Before hacking Master Pages, make sure this isn't an AMP situation.
Perform an Apply Master Pages operation and see if the TPILB assignment goes away (as it does on my projects).

Format > Page Layout > Master Page Usage and apply a Right/Left master page (the top radio button).

Sounds like you need to change/edit the Master Page being used for that page.
