How to set table title default font Framemaker 2019

Using Framemaker 2019.  Trying to set the default font for table titles (then of course apply to all tables using that table style).  I can change the table title font per table, but I want to set it for the style and not have to go through the entire doc and change each table individually.  Anyone know how to do that?  Thanks

    Hi James:

In a new document, FrameMaker defaults to assigning TableTitle to the title on all tables. If you edit the the formatting of one of them and update all, all the table titles to update (as per Bob).

If someone decided to create a new style name for the table titles, then Rick is showing you how to tell FrameMaker what style name you are using instead, and that will be applied to all future tables instead of TableTitle.

    Which situation are you in?

    What have you for:
Format ▼ Paragraphs » Paragraph Designer
    Style: [ TableTitle ]
If all tables are using that, I'd expect [ Update Style ] to be useful.

Insert a table with that Table Format into your document. Apply the desired Paragraph Format to the table title. With your cursor in the table, bring up the Table Designer and click the Update Style button. The next time you insert one of these tables in the document, it will have that change. However, it will not change existing tables in the document.
