How we can add resize option for component

I have created a one-page template and added one layer component so within that layer component I have added two images one by one. So my requirement is if I drag or resize the component second component automatically gets up in one line. e.g first image is left side and the second image is the right side.

If anyone suggests one to me.

I'm not sure I understand the question. Would you mind sharing a screen shot of what you have so far, and then let us know what you need to do next? And by "layer component" do you mean anchored frame? Or a stand-alone graphic frame?
