HTML - Table ruling

I have inner ruling missing in table, that is published to HTML, as you can see.

Is there any further publishing HTML setting, that affects this?

I suspect that you need to adjust the CSS being applied to the table to make the gridlines appear (that's what you are wanting, right?)
