hyperlink a heading of a chapter to heading of another chapter in FM book?
How can I hyperlink a heading of one chapater to the heading of another chapter in a Frame Maker book?

Easiest way is to make a Cross-Reference (xref) from the first heading to the other heading in the other .fm doc by using Paragraph tags - that would bring the text of the destination back into the first doc as the clickable link. If that's not what you want, you can also create your own marker types and make an xref to the custom marker.
