Hyperlinks between files not recognized in Responsive HTML5 output

The hyperlinks in one file that specify named destinations in another file don't work in Responsive HTML5 output. The hyperlinks that specify named destinations within the current document work as expected in Responsive HTML5 output. Whether the Hypertext command is Specify Named Destination (e.g., newlink Env.fm:ql_environments) or Open Document (e.g., openlink Env.fm:ql_environments), the hyperlinks test successfully in the Frame documents using the CTRL +ALT CLICK operation. In the HTML5 output, links within the current document and links to another Frame document use the same Character format. I am running the latest Frame on a Mac Studio running in Parallels Desktop with the latest version of Windows 11. Any help is appreciated.

    Jeff,
I apologize for not getting back to you sooner. Because I had to deliver the document on Monday, I manually added the missing href definitions in the empty anchor tags in the files referencing information in other chapters (files located in different folders in the HTML5 help system). As the next version release of my documentation looms, I set about finding a solution. Then, I remembered the cross-reference command. To test that approach, I substituted hyperlinks with cross-references and generated the Responsive HTML5 help system. The cross-reference instances work as I hoped. I am now replacing all the hyperlinks referencing information between files with cross-references. Thanks for your attention.
    Cheers,
    Thomas

I would never have thought that it was the hyperlink commands - I only use xrefs within my projects; hyperlinks are only used to external sites (like YouTube videos, etc.) so I have never run into this issue of malformed hrefs in my resulting code.

What point version of FM are you using? Are the target destinations all within the same .book structure and folder position relative to the launching document?
