Hypertext feature

Hi,
I have an error rising while using Hypertext feature in Framemaker 2020 trial version. It says that changes cannot be made as the file is a view only file.
     The file is immediately getting locked when I click on the source link. It is showing the hand sign but it is not moving to the destination phrase.

    To unlock a view-only document, press Escape F l k in sequence (l = lower-case el).
