I am following the help file of Framemaker but in some of the topics they ask to opend the file, Can anyone tell me form where i can download the practice file? Here i am attaching some image link.

Can you give us the reference in the help (what version?) to this? I’m not aware of FM shipping with much in the line of sample files.

Thank for Reply Jeff, I am using FM 12 Help, In the help file they used .fm file and they discussed about some link that i already mentioned in top.

You can find the information on this at the Adobe http://www.authorxml.com/ site. Download "The Hitchiker's Guide to XML Authoring" whitepaper from here and then work your way through the exercises to create this file.

If you are just starting FM and are interested in structured authoring and XML, then this will help you get oriented. If you are not looking to go down this path, then back up and use the sample files in the FM \Samples\overview folder.
