I am having trouble downloading Framemaker 12 trial

I downloaded the Akamai download manager, now I am trying to download a trial version of Framemaker 12. I click on "Resume the download process", the download manager window opens but the file does not start downloading. Does anyone have any suggestions?

    Check your browser - I think Adobe recommends Firefox for downloading success
