I cannot install Frame Maker trial mode 2015 it shows error DW021. Kindly help me.

Can you please share us the logs present at these location :

1. C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\Installers
2. C:\Users\<user name>\AppData\Local\Temp\oobelib <time stamp>.log

Also can you please confirm, if FrameMaker XML Author 2015 is also installed in the machine?
