Question

I have a suscription to FrameMaker 12. It is used on my home computer and work computer. I uninstalled it from the work computer (I no longer work there) and I want to be sure my former employer cannot access it.

I have a subscription to FrameMaker 12. It was installed on my home and work computer. I no longer work for this employer and I uninstalled the program from my work computer. Is there any way my former employer can still access the program?

As long it was deactived (i.e. you did the Sign-out from the Help menu), then it can not be re-installed and activated without a new license/subscription on the former work computer.

Assuming that someone neglected to deactivate on the now-inaccessible platform (and this is common with hardware failures as well as job departures), can the product instance be deactivated from the owner's Adobe account?

Until the next pointless web redesign, that appears to be:

accounts dot adobe dot com > Plans & Products > Products > View Your Products

I don't see any option to deactivate any, but my products are all very old perpetual license items that can install just with the serial number.
