I'm the only one on my computer, FM says file in use by someone else

And it keeps dropping / changing files! Help

    Check to see if there's a copy of the FM doc with a .lck extension - that's the lock file that gets created when a file is opened. Sometimes FM can close and not release them. You can also set that locking behaviour in the Preferences.
