In a book I'm making I have 4 nearly identical images (charts) that are on landscape-oriented pages. The rest of the document is portrait. All 4 charts are 1419 px  X 1052 px.

In the DITA, each chart is in its own topic.

The <fig> element has an output class that tells FrameMaker the landscape master page should be applied to it. This output class is referenced in reference page.

Here is the DITA content of each topic:

Here is the converted content. Every time, the first three images are the same size (7" x 5.25")) The last one is smaller.(6.5" by 4.8 ") I cannot finde the reason. Here are the last 2 images: the first, is

    Hi,

I do not work with DITA. Therefore my ideas are limited.

Are all images of the same type? PNG or JPG?

What happens, when you replace the last image with the first? Will it still be shrinked?

Or replace the first one with the last one? Will it now have the correct size?

Is the XML code of all topics identical?

    Best regards, Winfried

Yes, all the XML is identical, all images are pngs, and all pngs have the same dimensions.

Replacing the last image with the first gives the same results.

Here's what is crazy -  again I have 4 images, and the first 3 convert just fine, and the last image is smailler in length and width, BUT if a remove, say, 2 of the images, then the first will convert to the same size, and the second mage shrinkill s! It doesn't matter what the image is, - if its the last one, it shrinks. if I put in 8 identical images, the first 7 will be the same size, and the last will shrink.

Strange. When always the image in the last topic is shrinked, then I would suspect that there is anything in the EDD which affects only the last topic.
