Images turn gray (FM2019)

Hi.

When I publish document, all the images turn gray in Responsive HTML.

PDF are fine.

Image format are ai and jpeg. Both turn gray.

PNG has no problem

In other words, jpg changes different jpg when ever publish.

Please let me know the solution.
