'Import Formats' ignores Direction setting

Hi,

for a client we have setup templates to import Arabic translations. All goes well, except one thing: when importing formats (Document Formats) the Direction setting is not imported. So we have to set that manually (Format, Document, Direction).

Is this 'by design' or is it a bug?

Should we post a feature request?
