Importing XML in Framemaker

How to clear the below mentioned error ? When Importing the XML file Adobe Framemaker.

When importing a partial XML instance (D:\New Folder\Sample.xml), the instance cannot contain a DOCTYPE statement.

Hi Shiva,

From the message, it appears you are trying to place a snippet, but that the file you'd like to place is a conforming xml file.

Either remove the enclosing tags from sample.xml (with a text editor), or open the file normally and do a copy/paste.
