In Online help some pages cannot be accessed

When I open the online help, I get a 404 error message, when I try to access certain pages.

The pages change. A quarter of an hour ago it was the Legal notices. Then in the Appendix: DITA 1.3 specification. Then in Getting Started: System Requirements. Now in Getting Started: Learning Ressources.

Possibly I get the error after every few clicks.

I also cannot search the online help and when I open the list of topics at the left, some subtopic lists are not shown.
