Hello all,

I am working in FM 10 unstructured. With a book that has a generated list of markers. Entries look like this "Abnormal.....220" I got everything to work properly for the content, leader dots, page number and the hyperlink. The trouble I am running into is when modifying the font and size of the paragraph tag Level1IOM the hyperlink area changes and is now only applicable to the leader dots and page number ".....220" instead of the entire line. Any ideas on what I am doing wrong?

Thank you,

Jenn

Set all of the index entry paratags (SeparatorsIX, IndexIX, Level1IX, Level2IX, etc.) on the IX Reference page to use the same formats. The GroupTitlesIX are usually different.

FM sets the hyperlink area based upon the formatting characteristics, i.e. any format changes act as a boundary. So changing your font or size or applying a character tag (even with no changes in attributes) will abruptly terminate your hypertext zone.

I follow that, but is there a way to initially set the font/size. The thing is that the book's font is Franklin Gothic Book and the Level1IOM automatically generates as Times New Roman.
