indexing framemaker

I need to add two markers (index, subject) on the same line when indexing.

Example: 121.401 - Producing Qualified Flight Deck Crew Members ....................Chap 1 - Sec 2.1

Is there any way to do it on the reference page?

Reference page: <$markertext> Chap <$volnum> - Sec <$paranum> This works fine with index,  I need to include the subject.

I have the title marked as subect and the data in the next paragraph marked as index.  I would like them to appear on the same line.

Example:

Producing Qualified Flight Deck Crew Members (subject)
 121.401 (index)
