Indigo theme HTML5 formatting issues

Two questions:
1. Using the Indigo Theme on the HTML5 output, is there a way to change the titles on the chapter/file tiles? Currently ours displays the chapter numbers followed by the title of the chapter. I would like it to just have the title only.

2. Can we change the icons that display on these tiles? Currently it shows the same book icon for all chapters. I would like to have a unique icon for each chapter.
