Insert hypertext from text to picture

Hi, 

I have a problem with insert hypertext from text to picture. I can How can I easier and fast insert this. I can do it in reverse (I use hotspot). Please help solve the problem.

    When I add to text and image on paragraph I would like to get a  cross- reference on link to the picture after clicking on the right word from the texts.

    Ok, so I think you either need to create a unique paragraph tag that you use for images & xref to that OR insert a custom marker where you want to link to and create a xref to the marker.
