Insert, move, or remove a table

I'm trying to copy rows from a table in unstructured frame

into a structured frame table in another document.

But when I copy each cell takes on the format of

"row index" which is the format for the first column

in the structured table. Worse yet, the structure gets lost.

What do I do?
